Serving Waldorf Salads and Chicken Salads at the Tea House

As the feeling of summer approaches and then disappears and appears again everyone starts talking about salads. The Tea House have Waldorf Salads (featuring apple, grapes, celery and walnuts mixed in a mayonnaise sauce - difficult not to see Fawlty Towers when reading this) and Chicken Salads on the menu which are so delicious.
